What is it that lures us to the mountains? The serenity? The beauty? The easy going lifestyle?

I think all encompass the dream we tend to follow when deciding to make Western North Carolina our home. I was born in the Midwest but grew up in South Florida where Brad and I married and raised our children. We have been coming to these mountains for more than 20 years, enjoying the camping and family friendly communities throughout the area. For us, it was an easy choice.

Much of my family has been established in Haywood County for a number of years, so our relocation was simply a natural progression once we were ready to make the move. That familiarity has allowed me to feel comfortable with the real estate market and the people of Western North Carolina as well as those coming from so many different locales looking to settle in our Mountains.
