My name is Brooke Morrissey and this is how I came to be in Western North Carolina and the beautiful Smoky Mountains!

Having grown up in Massachusetts and resided as an adult in Sarasota, Florida, Western North Carolina soon felt like home. It seemed to offer the best of both worlds. Comparable to my home in Massachusetts and close enough to drive to Sarasota which still remains a favorite winter destination; but for beating the HEAT in the Summer – Maggie Valley is the place to be!

We made the decision to move to Maggie Valley and set up permanent residence in 2006. Shortly afterwards I joined the REALTY WORLD-Heritage team. Like many others we found that this area has a charm and draw that makes it an ideal location for 2nd home investments, year round living or whatever you have in mind.

I ran the office of S&S Custom Mountain Homes for many years and have learned new construction from the inside out. The natural progression was to get my real estate license so I could better serve my clients. New home construction, land purchases, investments and holding a NC Real Estate license enables me to offer you expertise in all areas.
