Haywood County has a variety of utility companies that service the area. There are two electric companies including Progress Energy & Haywood Electric Membership Corporation (EMC). Your Realtor  will be able to assist in identifying which provider serves your property.

For internet services there are several choices available, but please be aware that there are areas of Haywood County that do not have access to high speed internet service. In these cases sattelite providers may be the best option or a simple "air card" from a cellular carrier.
