Everyone needs Cash for Christmas - Adopt Cash the Foster Dog

"Cash" the Foster Dog"¦

"Cash" is a loving dog. He is an older puppy at 8 months - ready to learn anything and everything some one will take the time to teach.

When we sit together to watch TV he is a "˜Wiggle worm' at first then settles down.

He reminds me of Scooby Doo when he rolls over and rubs his back on the grass with all four legs in the air.

He weighs about 38 pounds - and will not get any larger -

He looks like a small boxer mix. Short hair will do well in the house (less shedding).

Practically speaking:

He has never gone potty in our house

He is trained to sit and lie down.

He walks well on a lead

He goes potty quickly when taken outside

He is not a barker

He is "˜kennel' trained and spends time in the big metal cage quietly during the day - he is relaxed.

He likes chew toys and plays with them a lot.

He plays well with other dogs and is not aggressive.

He does not know the name "Cash" very well - so his new parents could name him.

Cash is fixed and has all his shots.

He enjoys playing ball and chases sticks and is learning to bring them back in "˜fetch'.

He likes music and being sung to (even off key).

He has spent time outside in our chain link pen but prefers to be inside in the metal cage with us.

He will bark if tied to a chain. It is the only time he has barked.

We keep him under supervision in the house even and when we take him out of the kennel in the house - because we want to be sure he does not get into trouble. After a few minutes of play with us - he settles down and relaxes next to us.

Cash will make a good companion for some one that wants a gentle dog that is not very big and is quiet
